The MOST important thing to remember is that in order to upload a list to create a segment, EVERYONE on that list must already be imported through Union. A best practice is to upload the list you'd like to use through Union first and then to upload it again when building a segment. This video will walk you through the steps of doing both these actions to ensure that everyone in your CSV is added to a segment in Customer.io
