Workshop Outline:
This workshop is presented in 3 main parts to give you a complete understanding of modern flexibility training. First, a theoretical component with everything you need to know about the physiology of flexibility training. Then, methodology, where you practice all methods and gain a good understanding of how they work on your body. And last but not least, specific flexibility training with before and after measurements, so you can see the results right away.

Yiannis is a passionate professional trainer who is dedicated to developing evidence-based training systems that promote overall health and well-being. His journey towards creating a comprehensive, holistic training program began with a focus on flexibility training. Over the years, Yiannis has tirelessly researched and practiced every flexibility method he could find, pouring over every piece of literature on the topic.
