Tyler began yoga to make is body feel better overall but mostly increase mobility and work to find some steadiness of mind. Marathon running had become a passion but it had caused a lot of tight muscles throughout his body. Tyler met his wife Tiffany, then owner of O Yoga in Syracuse, NY, at their CrossFit gym and she encouraged him to come to her studio and start practicing yoga. The rest is history for Tyler's relationship to yoga and to Tiffany. His connection to yoga drastically changed during his teacher training with the Boston Yoga School. His practice has evolved from one that is strictly physical asana to a balanced practice incorporating slower movement and meditation. Patience is the basis on which he builds his classes.
