Tracy Waki

Tracy is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years.  She teaches Vinyasa with a strong focus on breath (pranayama) and proper alignment, encouraging her students to explore their edge while tuning in and respecting the needs of their body. Tracy offers a safe, playful, and non-judgmental environment for all students to experience the benefits of yoga.

When not on the mat, Tracy enjoys movement of all types including strength training, running, and rock climbing, spending down time with her family, traveling, and reading.
