Bringing over 20 years of teaching experience to her classes, Sue encourages practicing fundamental actions that will help increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Sue focuses on alignment, often using props and verbal cues to help students find their “unique” version of a pose. She believes that drawing attention to an individual’s alignment patterns, making minor adjustments, can often improve circulation. Aches & pains can go away!
