👋 I am Sue Dickman
It is with a great honor that I introduce myself as a kundalini teacher. I have been teaching yoga since 2017. I began practicing yoga over a decade ago and found the mental health benefits to be invaluable. Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Through the practice I just felt first hand, the benefits of mind, body, breath, and spirituality improving. I became aware of how my life was changing for the better through the postures and putting myself first. I am a mom, daughter, wife, friend and I have a career. Slowing down and breathing made the anxiety lessen. I wanted to explore that further and give that same feeling to anyone else I can possibly reach.
