Sati Ng

Sati started her physical yoga practice in New York City in 2007 and started teaching in 2012. Her desire to understand the substance beyond the postures led her on a journey to rediscover her own humanity. Along the way, she obtained multiple certifications within holistic healing. She has practiced and trained in a wide variety of yoga styles but enjoys a sweaty and challenging flow punctuated with moments of stillness. Her classes are structured with specific cues to activate and align the physical body, with attention to the breath and one’s own internal landscape.
