Samuel Krapels (he/they)

Sam's classes are held spaces for self care, trying new things, and engaging with the body, mind, and breath. Expect lots of options and opportunities to feel into your edge and be the architect of your yoga practice. With practice and patience, this autonomy leads to personal growth and self discovery.

Sam found meditation and yoga in college. The agency it gives a student to expand their intuition and live authentically in the present was mind-blowing. A yoga or meditation class is time to build a foundation of self-knowledge and trust. These things can then be applied once we leave the studio as well.

All levels. All are welcome.

Sam's non-teaching time is spent writing poetry and stories, hiking, reading, and debating adopting a cat.
