Rachel Soon

Originally Southeast Asian, Rachel has dedicated over 1500 teaching hours in the past 5 years. Incredibly passionate about yoga, she loves the physical, mental and spiritual practice of it all. 

You can expect playful, dynamic and creative sequences, incorporating poses meant to strengthen and open the body mindfully. From arm balances and inversions to foundations and fundamentals, she makes her classes accessible and multi-level so that students are always challenged to try something new, at their own pace. 

Pranayama is key in all her classes, and core work? Always.
