Rachel Belkov

When Rachel was a teenager, she had major back surgery that left her feeling as though most physical activities were off limits. It was through yoga that she slowly began to regain her confidence and develop a passion for fitness. While working on her personal yoga practice, Rachel discovered physical strength as well as a sense of peace. She also found power and community while practicing with others. 

After many years as a yoga student, Rachel decided to take on a new challenge and become a yoga instructor. Going through teacher training taught her so much about yoga, as well as self care and inner strength.  As a lifelong student, Rachel decided to continue her training and now teaches vinyasa, burn, flow burn, prenatal and postpartum yoga, and yoga for kids. She recently completed her Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist certification. Rachel is eager to continue learning and sharing how Ayurveda and yoga can help her students to find strength and joy in their practice.
