Oceana Baity

I stumbled into my first yoga class in college and it forever changed my life. A year later, in 2001 I enrolled in my first 200 hour Teacher Training at OM Yoga.  Kula has been my home since 2004 and I've taught countless classes, workshops and retreats over the years with the best students and teachers from this community. In 2011 I graduated from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I see patients at Kula Soho and in Brooklyn and specialize in trigger point release for pain conditions, cosmetic acupuncture and nervous system rebalancing. 

I believe yoga offers us a unique path of self inquiry, embodiment, and energetic and physical alignment. I hope my classes - which infuse breath, movement and still points to land - help my students come home to themselves, cultivate their attention and connect more deeply to their human experience.
