Kundalini Yoga is a practice to support breaking through barriers within yourself. This practice can give your more energy, enhance deeper sleep and the elimination mental fog when you wake up. It has the additional benefits, that in the doing of it, will support the reduction of internal stresses to support self healing physically, emotionally and spiritually.

As a native Santa Barbaran and lover of new adventures, she has lived a life of diverse experiences, metal head, beginner musician, dancer, comic book collector, surfer, snow boarder, skate boarder, actor, artist, crafter, builder, meal creator, volleyball & soccer player, mini euro traveler, road tripper, yoga teacher and homeschooling mother of 5.

Mitsuko, has the heart of an artist, and treats her life as an everyday opportunity to experience, create, and continually striving to be better than the day before. Her main job is a stay-at-home homeschooling mother of 5, ages ranging from adult to toddler. She has been teaching the transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga since her Level 1 Graduation from her teachers Siddhi Ellinghoven and GuruMeyer in 2011. In her classes, she plays her gong during the relaxation portion to support the consolidation of the practice. She has recently completed her Level 2 training, and is looking forward to interweaving a deeper understanding of the self through the practice.

Kundalini Yoga is not the answer, but it is a tool kit of techniques to support one on the path of self discovery and self realization.

And Mitsuko enjoys supporting students on this journey.
