Misty Gabriel

Misty is a 500-Hour Certified Yoga instructor, pulling various trainings & styles into her inspiring all-levels classes! She began teaching in 2016 after studying with Dancing Dogs Yoga (Greensboro, NC) and continued her studies with a 300-HR immersion program in 2019 with Awakened Life School of Yoga (Bali). She packs a powerful punch of movement and philosophy in all of her classes.
