👋 I am Meghan Lynch
Meghan first found yoga when she was 16 through her dance studio, but it didn’t become a needed respite in her life until entering NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts for Drama in 2004. She has been teaching since 2012 after receiving her 200 hr. RYT certification from Yoga Vida. Since then she has extended her studies in Therapeutic Yoga through Dana Slamp and Jon Witt’s Prema Therapeutics certification, Prenatal Yoga with Mary Barnes, Teen Yoga through Karma Kids, and the Kaivalya Method through Alanna Kaivalya. She ascribes to Ms. Kaivalya’s rules to spirituality: 1) Don’t get weird- be authentic. 2) Try to be less of a jerk- be a little more gracefully human. 3) Always be ready- essentially say yes!
In 2016, she became certified as a Doula and then entered into grad school for her Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She aims to eventually integrate all of these healing modalities to help benefit the health and well-being of her patients and students. In her class you can expect to flow it out, so that then you can slow it down.
