Meghan Lannon

Meghan (she/her) found her passion in connection. Through yoga she connected to herself after years of loss and trauma and has been on a journey to improve that connection for others ever since. Through breath, movement, sweat, and creativity on and off her mat, she strives to connect to others one breath and one class at a time. Having dealt with injuries, her style of yoga promotes strength, mobility and flexibility over time to build or rebuild the bodies ability to move and function with greater ease. Breathing is the guide in her classes. She encourages you to express yourself, find joy and playfulness while tying in the 8 limbs. She has experience teaching vinyasa, hot 26&2, and yin.

Meghan earned her 200 hr through High Peaks Yoga school built in the foundation of vinyasa and hot yoga styles. She previously co-owned Empower Fitness & Yoga in Plattsburgh NY and prior to instructing yoga she taught spin locally. Additionally she holds certificate of foundations in Thai Yoga Massage level 1 to expand and grow her knowledge.

While off the mat Meghan lives with her blended family with her partner Bryan, his sons and best pups Porter and Barley. Meghan is also an avid lover of all things outdoors from hiking, mountain biking, SUP, kayaking, gardening, camping and snowboarding. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker she incorporates yoga practices to help in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and family conflict.
