Megan April

Megan discovered yoga after college as a way to stay grounded and help manage anxiety. Since then, her practice has adapted with her through all sorts of life change (she completed her 300 hour teacher training at Yoga Garden while 39 weeks pregnant!). She became a teacher with the hope of sharing the many gifts of this practice - confidence, strength, patience, compassion, and much more - with others. With training in alignment-based vinyasa, prenatal, and restorative yoga, Megan crafts creative and mindful flows for students of all levels. Her classes encourage students to explore and challenge themselves while listening to their bodies and meeting themselves where they are every time they step on the mat.
