👋 I am Mason Gray

As a lifelong dancer since the age of three, movement is in my bones and has truly shaped my life. I fell in love with movement as a tool for wellness while studying Dance and Health & Human Sciences at Loyola Marymount University. Through the recovery process from a hip injury I sustained while dancing, the role of movement in my life took on a whole new meaning. As I dove into yoga and Pilates, I experienced the power of movement as a healing modality firsthand, and once I discovered this in my own body, I became passionate about sharing it with others!

After studying with Lila Flow Yoga to receive my 200-hour yoga teacher certification, I am now a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. I love teaching yoga because it opens a space for anyone and everyone to have a wellness practice. As a yoga instructor I am passionate about making yoga accessible for all people, where all bodies, races, ethnicities, genders, and sexualities are welcomed and celebrated. To me, yoga is most powerful in the way it can provide agency, healing, community, and self-love.
