Lindsay Lee

From the start, I have always had a passion for and curiosity about how the body works and moves. I hold a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase, and have freelanced with various companies in NYC. As the years have gone by, I have begun to move more consciously and am always looking for healthier choices and ways to move our bodies. After the birth of my child I dove deeper into my connection and love for yoga that had already been brewing for years as a practitioner. I aim to create and share my love for movement within a safe and nurturing environment. I practice yoga to stay sane. Yoga is a way for me to keep both my mind and body healthy and centered. I practice to workout and sweat, I practice to slow down and meditate, I practice to stay curious.
