Linda Baffa
Linda Baffa (E-RYT) is a singer, a mama, a foodie, and a free spirit. With 20 years of consistent yoga and meditation practice, Linda is dedicated to living yoga on and off the mat. Her teaching style stems from over a dozen years of guiding all-levels groups through strong, alignment-based, breath-filled hatha/vinyasa flows, as well as yin, meditation, and restorative yoga practices. She believes a consistent and comprehensive yoga practice is a way to strengthen and soften simultaneously, it is a continual opportunity to check in and accept ourselves as is, and it is a map in the direction towards the best version of ourselves. Her passion for teaching only grows when she gets the opportunity to dive deep with students, especially as a guide for multiple annual retreats around the globe.
Aside from teaching, Linda enjoys the journey of parenting; her two young children teach her more about love, peace, patience, and wisdom than she ever thought they could. She is also extremely passionate about music, having been an accomplished singer-songwriter, and she enjoys connecting the beauty of music with the beauty of yoga, often chanting lullabies and inspiring ditties in savasana.
