Kimberly Fife

Hi! I’m Kimberly, a passionate teacher of yoga and mindfulness for the past 6 years. I teach both children and adults, and all my classes have an emphasis on growing an awareness of the body, breath, and mind. I guide students to deepen their connection with themselves, the elements, and the world around us. 
In my class, you will experience a gentle warm up, a light hearted flow that prepares the body and mind for the meditation that follows, a cool down, and a rest. Pranayama, visualizations, and themes of yogic philosophy are woven throughout!
