Kim Gibbs

Kim is general manager of Riverszen and leads all of RiversZen's Yogilates classes with skill and expertise. If you want a great core workout in a room of supportive, like-minded people join her for Yogilates for sure! Kim also offers private Stretching Sessions. In each session she will help you to discover exactly what you need for improvement in everything from athletic performance to healing of injuries. Then she will perform a Ki-Hara Resistance Stretch to help you achieve fast and lasting results. Lastly you'll leave with tools for self care that will keep you strong and flexible in between your sessions.
