Katrina Kopeck

Katrina’s trauma-informed teachings combine accessible offerings and practical tools linked together with a dry sense of humor.
As the sister, daughter, and granddaughter of military veterans, Katrina became interested in a way to help bridge the gap between yoga world and military world. After years of dedicated study and practice, she is honored to offer therapeutic yoga designed specifically for those with trauma.
In 2017, Katrina opened Unbound to offer private therapeutic yoga practices for people who want to learn tools to live with – and find growth from – their experiences. She specializes in working with people who live with symptoms of trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression via yoga nidra, yoga asana (movement), breathwork, and lifestyle tools.
Katrina teaches a weekly class at the Boulder Veterans Center, open to combat veterans actively in treatment at the center.
