JP Dillow

JP Dillow grew up in Austin, Texas and is a graduate of The University of Texas. From a young age, JP developed a passion for exercise and participated in a variety of sports including track and football. JP was drawn to yoga as a way to refresh the mind and re-ground the body through continued focus & breath. JP is grateful to have completed his 200hr Power Vinyasa Training under Leah Cullis, in addition to Yostrong training under Kaley, Gustavo, and Brittany at Wanderlust Yoga Austin. Outside of the studio you can find him at the greenbelt with his three Golden Retrievers, training for motocross, with family, or at a local Mexican Food Restaurant. Through his teachings, JP hopes to inspire and lead others to be more confident and recognize their full potential. In his class, you can expect a fast-paced flow that combines the principles of Power Yoga and Weight Training that is sure to leave you feeling invigorated and sweaty!
