Jillian Pain

Jillian obtained her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training at Zen Yoga Garage in 2021. A long-time dancer with an enjoyment for hiking, skating, cycling and weight lifting, she has been practicing yoga for over 13 years as a means to stay flexible and connect to her truest self. She’s also a Reiki 3 practitioner and was trained in meditation through Aikido practice and the Shambhala Chicago Meditation Center, and thus prefers to approach her teaching style with healing and compassionate assists, meditation, mantras, personal shares, and finding the mind-spirit-body connection. Her favorite classes to teach are vinyasa, yin and hot, and she loves introducing poses that are fresh to the yoga practice.
