Jennifer Mann

Jenn’s yoga journey first began when she went looking for ways to heal the stiffness and wear & tear in her body inflicted by a decade of competitive long-distance running. What started out as a means-to-an-end rapidly evolved into a life-long passion as Jenn began experiencing the healing and transformative powers of yoga for body and mind. Less than a year after diving into her practice, Jenn signed up for her first teacher training program, knowing that this was her calling. Now, Jenn is on a mission to spread the healing and self-discovery she uncovered through her yoga practice with as many lives as possible. Her goal is to help students improve their overall fitness and well-being by creating a supportive atmosphere, utilizing intelligent sequencing with a focus on correct alignment, and emphasizing inner awareness development.

Jenn completed her 200-hr teacher training through Pure Yoga at Equinox in Boston. Jenn is committed to teaching yoga in an accessible way for all skill levels. Whether you are trying to master a headstand or touch your toes (just as important!), Jenn will meet you right where you are.

When Jenn isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, she enjoys running, being in nature, hiking, reading, cooking, and geeking out on nutrition and wellness.
