👋 I am Jackie Peller

Jackie’s relief from anxiety came as her yoga practice grew- something magical was happening. She feels yoga can help us show up for our lives in new ways- beyond the physical postures we place our bodies in. In every class she curates, her aim is to create balance for the body and mind. 

Through teaching, Jackie aims to help students gain self-healing tools they can bring with them anywhere.
