Hannah Sprague (she/her)

Hannah (she/her) began consistently practicing yoga in 2016 at Sangha Studio. She began her practice as a way to reconnect with her mind and body during the work day. She quickly found a routine by coming into the studio for the lunch time Flows at Sangha – Pine!
In the fall of 2019, Hannah pursued her 200 – YTT through Sangha Studio to deepen her own practice. It was a unique year as the world navigated the pandemic and virtual offerings. She began to offer virtual Chair Yoga through the Howard Center in Burlington VT as a way to bring yoga to the larger community.
As a new teacher, Hannah enjoys exploring various ways of moving and connecting with the breath. Typically, she enjoys fluidity in her flow classes and an upbeat sound track! In the beginning it was this fluidity of movement and breath that drew Hannah to yoga, but it has been the philosophy of yoga that has anchored her in this practice.
Students can expect a well-rounded flow class paired with heart centered themes. Hannah hopes to deepen each student’s individual practice not only through Asana but also through thoughtful contemplations that students can use on and off the mat.
