Eva considers herself to be a lifelong learner and teacher. She fell in love with yoga when she first stepped onto her mat over 20 years ago. In 2015, she earned her 200 hr certification from East Street Yoga and has continued with training in yin and meditation. Eva brings a focus on mind, body and spirit to each of her classes whether she is guiding students in vinyasa, gentle or meditation. She sees yoga as part of her lifelong journey and invites you along for the ride!
