She offers soul soothing meditations as she paints pictures with her words that becomes etched into your sub-conscious mind while inducing relaxation in the body.

Erika is dedicated to sharing with others the power of moving energy through the body and mind with intentional meditation, pranayama (Breathe work), and relaxing asanas. Meditation and Yoga has provided her with holistic tools to face the lessons in life, on and off the mat.
