Elise Annes

Elise is much happier after a workout and good sweat. More importantly, she enjoys doing it at Alpenglow with the wonderful clients that she has met over the past three years of teaching there. Elise teaches an up tempo spin class and also teaches spin and sculpt. Her music selection includes all genres and you never know what you're going to get but it is sure to get your heart pumping, your mind motivated, and your face smiling. When Elise is not spinning she is the principal consultant at Momentum Communications, a marketing, communications and organizational development firm serving mission-driven organizations.

Elise has coached tennis, lacrosse, and soccer over the course of her life and was the Massachusetts High School Coach of the Year for Lacrosse. Elise was a division III two-sport athlete, captaining both teams, and was the University of Rochester NCAA Woman of the Year. Elise, and her husband Roy, have two daughters and a yellow labrador and live in Montpelier, Vermont. They can often be found in the mountains, at the side of a soccer field or in an ice rink.
