Dulcinea Tincher

Dulcinea discovered Ashtanga in 2009 and fell in love with the magic of the practice as a way to rewire the brain & heal the body after trauma. Over the years she has deepened her practice through a variety of yoga styles, teachers, workshops, and trainings. As a compliment to her teaching, Dulcinea is a Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in corrective exercise for those with injuries. She has also studied the principles of Ayurveda, the bio-mechanism of alignment in postures, as well as restoration through yoga therapy & aroma-therapy massage. Her classes are a beautiful blend of power & grace; combining the properties of breath-work, meditation, chanting, guided relaxation, and essential oils, to create a WHOLE-istic yoga experience. She believes in the renewal of the self and the healing qualities that both yoga & meditation provide. 

Dulcinea completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training at Surya Yoga Hawaii in 2010.
