Deanna Bartlett

Deanna (she/her) discovered yoga as a means of healing. After several attempts of breaking free from bondage in her body, heart and soul, yoga was what stuck and transformed, and continues to be a big piece of her journey.

Deanna finds vinyasa style flow to be a way to shed layers and get back into her body. Deanna uses her personal connection to yoga to walk beside others on and off their mats to find their own healing through trusting their bodies wisdom, getting comfortable with the uncomfortable parts, and finding their definition of authenticity.

Students can expect a flow style class, with a balance of consistent movement to disengage from mindlessness, and time to pause and find mindfulness to bear witness to the body, mind, and spirit.

Deanna recognizes the unique makeup of Sangha Studio's mission and has found, over the course of her yogic walk, time and time again in a Sangha Studio. She believes she was able to find her authenticity, build upon her creativity, begin her work in body trust, and continue healing and transforming because of Sangha's community and 'come as you are' invitation.

Off the mat, you can find her cozied up on the Sangha studio couch, sipping coffee and reading a good book, or walking her golden doodle Carmi Willow!
