Dana Hanf

Dana discovered yoga in her early 20’s while training as a cyclist and runner. Seeking to find balance between the busyness of her personal and professional life she discovered yoga. In her class you can expect to move at an upbeat tempo and be supported through the use of props and variations. Instead of “work hard, play hard” you can expect a class that embodies “play hard, rest hard” and will leave you refreshed and grounded (both physically and mentally). Dana has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Sangha Studio in Burlington, Vermont. When Dana is not on her mat, she is teaching her fourth grade students, enjoying the outdoors with her three dogs, or is bouncing around from one social event to another with her husband.
