Chelsea Van Billiard

As a lifelong dancer, movement has always been an integral part of Chelsea's life.  Her yoga practice has followed side by side throughout the last 12+ years and eventually led to teaching.  Her style leans toward alignment based practice flowing breath and body as one to let the mind forget about outside forces and to truly become present in the moment. There are guaranteed to be modifications for all folks throughout the practice, fun transitions, and most importantly a shared sense of space where all can feel safe to explore, discover, laugh, and build community together.
