Chelle has been guiding uplifting & empowering Yoga, Barre, & Tribal Belly Dance classes for almost 2 decades. In her rhythmic & engaging Barre classes, she weaves together classic Yoga & Barre shapes with high-intensity exercises, pilates, & cardio set to hip-hop & funky, soulful house music. Love is the focus during her Yoga & Tribal Belly Dance classes, which soothe & inspire & bring balance to your body & mind. 

Chelle is also a compassionate & gentle Healer, using Sound & other energy modalities to encourage radiant health & well-being for her clients. Her passion is working with others to help them find their own path of growth & transformation.
