Carter Miles

Yoga brought me back to life, it reconnected me to my body, it gave me something solid I could understand and work with. The more I did it, the better I felt, so I just kept coming back for more. 

I’ve practiced and studied many different styles, I like to teach my own blend of it all. Every class is different, I let the sequence unfold on it's own and together we move, we breathe, we feel, we play, we grow.
