29 years on the mat. Still a beginners heart … this practice, this practice. My true north compass. Teaching yoga is one of my greatest joys! Yin, Gentle slow healing flow, and Restorative yoga offer insights into just BEING:  exploring breath, present moment, mindful awareness and body intelligence. These types of practice hold nurturing space for rebooting the nervous system, toning the connective tissue system and overall general wellness and self care. Yoga is a refuge for the human soul.
