Brittany Keeler

Brittany's yoga classes connect the breath and body in creative and healing movements focusing on mindfulness, prana, and aligning with earth elements.  Her flows are designed to release stress and negativity, creating space for new ways of being.  Brittany completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training from Asheville Yoga Center in 2017 and is currently working on her 300 hour certification.  She incorporates yoga philosophy, meditation, and pranayama to help guide her classes. Her intuitive and creative sequences build strength and flexibility, while holding space for emotional and spiritual growth. 

Brittany loves spending time in nature, horseback riding, making art, and connecting with her family and friends.
