Brannin Lancaster

Brannin discovered yoga over 15 years ago as a way to manage the stress and fallout from some difficult life circumstances and has experienced the physical, cognitive and emotional benefits firsthand. Originally a fan of more intense, heated styles of practice, he has incorporated slower hatha, yin/restorative and meditation into his personal practice and teaching. Brannin believes that the teacher serves as a guide rather than an expert, and his style of teaching allows students the freedom to discover the possibilities of yoga for themselves.

Brannin completed his RYT 200 training with Bodhi Yoga and has participated in Levels 1 and 2 through the Baptiste Institute. He is currently completing his 300 HR advanced training with Practice Yoga Austin.
