I went to a yoga class seeking a new way to stay fit. What I found was so much more. Yoga has given me answers to questions I didn’t know that I had…a means to effect my inner and outer landscape by moving and breathing and connecting. I learned over time, that the answers I was looking for were already inside. I just needed to be still and listen. I found Ayurveda through yoga and am an Ayurvedic Health Counselor with over 600 hours of study. This has helped to fill in a lot of the gaps that western medicine avoids. The mind body connection, how simple adjustments can have profound impact.
Sharing this practice, showing others how to access their potential is such a gift. I strive to be supportive and approachable, honoring uniqueness while reconnecting to that sacred place where we are all the same.
I am an E-RYT 200, currently pursuing a 300 hour credential with  Rod Stryker. I have studied with several teachers along the way and think it is important to remember to learn from everyone we meet, stay present and open to the possibilities waiting to manifest.
