Ashley Daidone E-RYT 200

Yoga holds a special place for Ashley, bringing a unique balance into her life. Her classes are designed for all levels as she offers variations and modifications making the yoga practice accessible to all. Ashley’s classes offer a space to pause from stress, get a great workout, and learn the practice of presence. The Vinyasa style, connecting breath with movement becomes a fluid, meditative ritual. Ashley believes this style is especially beneficial for developing a mind body connection and inner calmness, which ultimately can be taken out into our everyday lives. Ashley completed a course in advanced therapeutic training for working with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and bio mechanical problems related to the lower back, hips, shoulders, neck, knees, elbows, feet, and wrists most commonly found in yoga class. 

Ashley received her 200-hour certification from Core Power Yoga in 2012 an additional 50-hour extensions accreditation in the spring of 2013. She has received additional certifications through continued education including physical assisting courses, class sequencing and Yoga Sculpt teacher training. Ashley has been actively teaching in various yoga studios throughout the Denver area since 2013. In March of 2020 along with Alicia Rae Parks, Ashley opened a livestream yoga business, Exhale Yoga and Wellness.  Exhale offers yoga classes to businesses, organizations and the general public.  Ashley currently holds the E RYT 200 teaching certification through Yoga Alliance.
