Amanda Zeldin

Amanda’s passion rests in guiding & supporting others in the healing journey of returning home into the self. Through inquiry-inspired, body-aware, and energy-focused practices, Amanda gently guides her students into embodied and soul-aligned lives, restoring harmony and balance, and aiding them as they discover the divine radiance of their own true nature. The classes she teaches are often embodiment-focused, utilizing breath, compassionate awareness, and gentle inquiry to cultivate presence of inner and outer experience. As a yoga teacher, Amanda’s greatest strength is her presence as well as her soothing and grounded nature, which often make her classes deeply relaxing, nourishing, and restoring. Amanda loves the gentler approaches to yoga, namely Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga, and she loves weaving these approaches together into slower Hatha or flow classes to add a more meditative and introspective touch.

Amanda is a 500-hour Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Master and a Life Coach. She completed her Associate’s Degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ, in May of 2021, and is currently back in school at UNCA pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Art with hopes to someday continue on into Graduate School for Therapy and Counseling.
