I have found yoga to be a space to breathe and a door to the present moment. My classes focus on your inner self awareness, asking you to pause, breathe, feel and then to hold space for all that shows up without judgement and with loving reflection. I remind students that you can always begin again by drawing your attention back to the breath. I believe in rituals that nourish our soft, sweet spirits and nervous systems to encourage self care and deep relaxation.
I am a 500hr yoga teacher specializing in restorative, yin and trauma-informed yoga. I have a deep love for working with youth and am incredibly grateful to be a yoga & mindfulness educator with Headstand, The Art of Yoga Project, and Niroga to share these practices with incarcerated teens, youth in schools, women in recovery & other rehabilitative facilities.
