Allie Adamis

Allie began practicing yoga in 2013 and fell in love with how the practice counterbalanced the pressures to be better, more, and faster in everyday life. What started out as a feel-good form of exercise turned into a meaningful approach to life: Allie practices yoga to take its lessons of mindfulness, intentionality, and purpose off the mat. 

Allie completed her 200 hour teacher training at Nandi Yoga in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2020 with Wendy Klein. She decided to become a yoga teacher to help others discover the many wonderful ways that yoga can touch one’s life- mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She brings an empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive attitude to her teaching to help students stay present and make choices that are right for them.
