Alix Lindenbaum (she/her)

Foremost, Alix believes that yoga should make you feel good. Her classes are a reflection of her love and gratitude for the practice and all the positive ways it has guided her on this magical journey of life.  Her teaching is rooted in a genuine desire to help people feel nourished and at home in their bodies as well as connected to the universe at large. She views yoga as a way to unite the mind and body through breath, making space for healthy evolution, both on and off the mat. Using guided breath-work, creative flows, and meditation, Alix aspires to create an opportunity for students to safely and playfully explore their physical and spiritual boundaries in ways that feel authentic to them.
