Alison Rutkowski (she/her)

Alison loves to teach strength based classes!  Expect to find conditioning movements sprinkled throughout her vibrant and vigorous flows.  She believes in guiding individuals to connect with how a movement feels in their body as the primary focal point for the asana.  She believes this builds self trust and personal agency.  Alison feels yoga and group movement are wonderful ways to sprinkle joy into our lives and encourages a community atmosphere in class.  She believes yoga is predominantly about connection to self and others.  She received her 200 hour certificate through Sangha Studio and has been teaching at the studio since June of 2017.
