Abi is a passionate yoga instructor with a trauma-informed and applied Polyvagal Theory lens. She designs vinyasa flow sessions to ground and center, warm and energize, and relax and release. Abi does not teach specifically to people who identify as traumatized, but instead incorporates a trauma-informed lens that understands people often come to yoga to heal. She has a background in environmental policy and activism and is therefore passionate about using yoga to process emotions that might arise in response to planetary crises. Her style is compassionate, space-holding, and encouraging. Abi’s goal is to help people learn about and transform themselves for the better, on and off their mats.
