Join Angie Starz for 60 minutes of a balanced yoga inspired experience.  We begin with simple, repetitive movement to get you into your body, then shift into deep, restorative breathing to get you out of your head and finally settle into a light and reflective meditation so that you can hear the wisdom of your heart. 

Props are not necessary but will assist in the experience.  Be prepared with two blocks or block like substitutes (Paper towel rolls, throw pillows etc), a bolster/throw or bed pillow and a blanket.
