"Chillmersion Training: Dive Deep into Relaxation with Yin, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga"
Each weekend will offer a unique and immersive experience that allows participants to plunge into the practice and teachings of each specific style of yoga.

9/15: 4-8:30pm: Yin - Jennifer
During the Yin yoga weekend, participants will delve into the practice and language of Yin, learning various archetype techniques and principles, as well as gaining the skills necessary to effectively teach this style of yoga.
9/22: 4-8:30pm: Pranayama and Breathwork - Jennifer and Jillian
The Pranayama and Breathwork weekend will explore different breathing techniques from various yoga lineages, including traditional Hatha and Kundalini practices. Participants will learn how to use breathwork to enhance their own practice and guide their students in cultivating a deeper connection to their breath.
10/6: 4-8:30pm: Nidra - Jennifer
Yoga Nidra weekend will delve into the practice of yogic sleep, a guided meditation technique that induces deep relaxation and a journey through the koshas. Participants will learn how to lead Yoga Nidra sessions and help their students experience profound rest and rejuvenation.
10/13: 4-8:30pm: Sound - Jennifer and Asher
Finally, the Sound experience weekend will introduce participants to the healing power of sound through the use of various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. Participants will learn how to incorporate sound into their yoga classes to create a more meditative and transformative experience for their students.
10/20: 4-8:30pm: Restorative - Jennifer & Keli
The Restorative yoga weekend will focus on gentle, supported poses that promote relaxation and stress relief. Participants will learn how to create a nurturing and restful environment for their students to unwind and restore both body and mind.
By participating in all five weekends of the Chillmersion*, participants will gain a well-rounded understanding of different styles of therapeutic yoga and how to incorporate them into their own practice and teaching. You will leave feeling inspired, and equipped with new tools and techniques to enhance your yoga journey.
*This training is open to both yoga teachers and students. Yoga teachers will have the option to earn 30 CEC through Yoga Alliance, with the remaining hours being accrued through teaching and applying the concepts learned.
