ZEN MINI BURN
Zen Mini Burn is a 30min weighted yoga-based workout that builds strength using compound exercises. This class also incorporates cardio bursts for a total body workout.
SUGGESTED PROPS: 2 Sets of Dumbbells weighing between 3lbs to 20lbs.
Class is offered 2 ways:
IRL- In Person
- We have taken every precaution to make the studio safe for you! Shared and sanitized weights and blocks will be provided. Deep sanitization of the classroom will happen with ample time between each class. As of Feb 28th, vaccine requirements and masks will no longer be mandatory to practice, but we will have them available.
Livestream- Union Livestream
- Offered via 1 way, HD livestream! The class will also be available for 24hr re-stream and will be added to our video replay library

If you're coming to the studio...
Please be prompt in your arrival. If you No-Show, your spot will be given to a student on the waitlist at the start of class and a no-show fee of $15 will be charged to your card on file. Need to cancel? You are able to cancel yourself anytime before 30min of the start of class. This can be done on Union via the upcoming registrations page.
